Mubasher: Al Kout Industrial Projects signed a contract worth KWD 879,780 with the Kuwaiti Ministry of Electricity and Water.

The 36-month contract has been effective from 6 October 2019, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

The project covers the import and delivery of chemical substances related to the ministry’s power and water distillation plants.

Al Kout noted that the deal will reflect positively on its financial position.

It is worth pinpointing that during the first half of 2019, Al Kout’s profits slumped by 8.3% to KWD 3.362 million from KWD 3.668 million in H1-18.
